Storybook Pot





This project is a Snow White themed jar and lid. The seven dwarfs are carved along the wall of this project. Their names are carved underneath their pictures. The handle of the jar is an apple, to symbolize the poisonous apple from the story. This project took a week to sculpt and carve. This project has not been glazed yet.

    the shape of it is really good and round, but you should've at least carved a little more into the designs cause I barley can see it

This is an alebrije turtle. Alebrijes are brightly-colored Mexican folk art sculptures. This piece has many vibrant colors. For the smaller designs, I used a pencil to paint on the small details. This project took about a week to complete. The piece can be used as a decorative item.
